We also employ a digital-first methodology. With a team rich in cutting edge digital and social media experience, we apply our evolving understanding of how technologies and platforms are shifting consumer behavior and culture in all the work we create.

We operate on a collective model, powered by a core strategic team that partners with our clients to develop strategy and drive projects, and enlists specialist creative production support on a project basis. This flexible model allows us to be agile, focused and cost-efficient.

OUR BEGINNINGS

Jocelyn Liipfert Lam founded LIIPSTIIK in 2015 with the belief that the traditional creative agency model had an opportunity to evolve. With the growth of social media and digital channels, businesses struggle to find efficient, effective and impactful ways to communicate with their consumer. It's more important than ever before for brands to employ sharp strategies that meaningfully serve their consumers, on the channels where they live. 

LIIPSTIIK partners closely with its clients to solve this challenge based on their business, brand and operational objectives, through a flexible operational model that is strategy-led and resource-efficient.

Jocelyn has led global, regional and local teams at top agencies including AKQA, TBWA and AnalogFolk to create cutting-edge digital and social media work for brands including Nike, Chanel, Cathay Pacific Airways, Coach, Eurostar and Tommy Hilfiger. Jocelyn acts as key point of contact and strategic director on all projects, drawing on the support and expertise of a highly curated network of creative talent.

Bred and now based in Hong Kong, Jocelyn has also lived in Texas, Paris, London, Beijing and Shanghai. She speaks Mandarin Chinese, and is available for projects around the globe.
